General Functions

ISO 27001
Status: Productive
Detail improvements and bug fixes
- Removal of some superfluous leading spaces from the catalog and profile to ensure correct sorting.
BCM
Status: Private beta
Detail improvements and bug fixes
- Mapping of interested parties and their requirements.
- Mapping of the document structure and the BCM organizational structure, mapping of emergency teams/BAO.
- Creation of restart plans and recovery plans from a BCM recorded in veo in report form.
Grundschutz++
Status: Private Beta
Alpha version of Grundschutz++
The alpha version of the new Grundschutz++ was presented at it-sa 2025 alongside the launch of the first version of the new Grundschutz++ methodology.
The alpha version already supports:
- Structural analysis.
- Definition, determination, and inheritance of protection requirements.
- Modeling of requirements from the BSI's Grundschutz++ compendium.
- Documentation of implementation status.
- Risk management (based on BSI standard 200-3 or ISO 27005).
- Blueprint (Grundschutz profile) with all target objects and modeled requirements and practices.
- Creation of blueprints.
For the final release of Grundschutz++, verinice will provide:
- Reports (reference documents).
- Support and evaluation of the new key figures in Grundschutz++.
- Risk management according to Grundschutz++.
- Support for migration from the IT-Grundschutz Compendium Edition 2023 (or newer) to the Grundschutz++ Compendium.
Grundschutz++ is currently undergoing active further development as part of the BSI's second participation workshop. The verinice.TEAM is actively involved in the further development, along with many other interested parties.
