Order processing

If you use service providers and the processing of personal data by them constitutes commissioned processing in accordance with Art. 4 No. 8, 28 GDPR, document these processors in the Form processor of the same name. In addition to general information such as contact information and the responsible supervisory authority, persons such as data protection officers or other persons can also be linked as objects and contracts and TOMs for this processor can be included in the Processor form.

Created objects are available for selection under Processing activities > Data transfer to as recipient type Processor. For details, see Data transfer. Processors that are used or linked are also displayed in the report Directory of processing activities.
